Our Safety Framework

Zero Harm Goal

Our overarching commitment is zero fatalities, zero serious injuries, and zero environmental incidents on every project site we operate.

Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)

Every site begins with a formal hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA). Risks are rated, controls are documented, and all site personnel are briefed before work begins.

PPE Compliance

100% PPE enforcement on all sites. Hard hat, safety shoes, high-visibility vest, gloves, and safety harness at height are mandatory — no exceptions.

Daily Safety Briefings (Toolbox Talks)

Every work shift starts with a 10-minute toolbox talk. Hazards, safe work methods, and emergency procedures are discussed with all site personnel.

Site Safety Inspections

Weekly safety inspections by site engineers and monthly cross-site safety audits. Near-miss reports are encouraged and reviewed without blame.

Incident Reporting & Investigation

All incidents — including near-misses — are reported, investigated, and root-cause analysed. Corrective actions are tracked to closure.

Site Practices

Non-Negotiable Site Safety Rules

Working-at-height permit for work above 2m
