Quality Assurance

Zero Compromise
Quality

IS code compliant processes at every stage. Every foundation we execute is documented, tested, and handed over with complete quality records — no shortcuts.

QC Process

Quality Control Process

01
Step 01

Pre-Construction Review

Structural drawings reviewed against IS codes. Bar bending schedules checked before steel cutting. Concrete mix design approved before batching.

02
Step 02

Material Testing at Source

Cement and aggregate testing at source before delivery. Steel mill test certificates verified against IS 1786 / IS 2062 requirements.

03
Step 03

In-Process Quality Checks

Cover block placement, lap splice lengths, and stirrup spacing verified against BBS. Shuttering alignment checked before concreting.

04
Step 04

Concrete Cube Testing

Cube samples taken every 25 cubic metres. 7-day and 28-day tests at NABL-accredited labs. All results logged against batch and location.

05
Step 05

Dimensional Verification

Foundation dimensions, chimney plumb, and stub setting verified against approved drawings using total station and plumb bob.

06
Step 06

Handover Documentation

As-built drawings, cube test records, material test certificates, and QC checklists compiled into handover dossier for EPC client.
