Trench Excavation & Bedding
Mechanized JCB trenching 600–1500mm wide, 1–3m depth. Sand/gravel bedding as per IS 783. Soft soil zones managed with shoring.
HDPE Pipeline (Jal Jeevan Mission)
DN63 to DN630 HDPE pipe laying, butt fusion jointing, electrofusion fittings, and pressure testing for rural water supply under JJM.
DI / MS Pipeline
Ductile Iron (DI) and Mild Steel (MS) pipe laying for municipal and industrial water mains — flanged, push-fit, and welded joints.
Thrust Blocks & Anchors
RCC thrust blocks at bends, tees, and reducers to resist pipeline hydraulic thrust forces. Sized per AIS/AWWA standards.
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Section-by-section pressure testing at 1.5x working pressure, 30–60 min hold, no drop permitted. Full documentation & test certificates.
Commissioning & Tie-in
Valve installation, air release valve, wash-out, meter chamber civil, chlorination, flushing, and handover to O&M team.

This massive program requires tens of thousands of km of HDPE pipeline installation across the state.
