Specialized execution of 132kV to 400kV transmission tower foundations across MP — black cotton soil, alluvial zones, and rocky Vindhyan strata. MPPTCL, PowerGrid, and RVNL supply chain partner.
Pad & chimney foundations — black cotton soil — 6 months execution
Pile foundations 450mm dia, depth 9–12m — waterlogged alluvial zone
Pad & chimney with stub setting ±3mm, stub anchor bolts HTSC
Rock anchor foundations — Vindhyan strata — percussion drilling
Deep pad foundations with anti-heave measures, waterproof membrane, and RC chimney up to 2.5m height. Executed in Malwa plateau and Narmada corridor.
Bored cast-in-situ piles for poor bearing capacity soils in Chambal basin, river crossings, and agricultural land.
Percussion-drilled anchor bars grouted into Vindhyan sandstone and basalt rock in Jabalpur–Seoni belt.
MP has three major zones: black cotton soil (Vertisols) across Malwa plateau and Narmada corridor — requires deeper pad foundations with anti-heave measures; alluvial/sandy soil in Chambal and northern MP — good bearing capacity, standard pad & chimney; and Vindhyan/Deccan trap rock in Jabalpur-Seoni corridor — rock anchor or short pile foundations. We adapt foundation design for all three.
Primary clients: MPPTCL (MP Power Transmission Corp), PowerGrid Corporation (PGCIL), RVNL (Railway traction), and private IPP developers (Adani, Greenko, NTPC Renewable). We work as sub-subcontractor to EPC majors like KEC, Kalpataru, and L&T who hold primary contracts.
This is demonstrated capacity from our Indore–Ujjain corridor project where we executed 180 foundations in 4.5 months with 2 crews of 12 persons each, supported by 2 JCBs, 1 transit mixer, and a dedicated concrete lab on site.
MPPTCL, PowerGrid, RVNL supply chain — 132kV to 400kV across all MP soil conditions.
